What kinds of things does Ainslie teach in his membership program?
Each month, with support from the spirit guides, Ainslie and Christine present a new theme to explore in depth. Topics include soul ages, soul types, missions, desires, past-life fears, working with spirit guides, karma, and lots more.
If you’ve read any of Ainslie’s books, you may have a familiarity with some of these themes. But as a member, you’ll be able to go much deeper.
What do I get as a member?
Member benefits include live hosted monthly:

- The Soul World Lounge, our members-only online forum and the heart and soul of our Community, filled with old soul kindred spirits
- Weekday emails from Ainslie and the spirit guides with insights, inspiration, and occasional homework – don’t worry, the homework is not mandatory and there are no tests

How long does it take for my membership to become active?
Your membership becomes active the moment you complete your sign up process, and you can start exploring your member’s-only site right away. Check your inbox for an email with important details. If you don’t see anything, make sure to check your spam and/or promotions folder.
What happens when I sign up?
Once you sign up and create a username and password, you’ll be directed to our member website where you may access resources at any time. You’ll also receive a series of emails from Ainslie and Christine over the following couple weeks with helpful information and tips on how to make the most of your membership.

I signed up but didn't get an email confirmation.
If you can’t find the welcome email that gets sent immediately after joining membership, please make sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders in your email. When you find our emails, make sure to drag them into your inbox and whitelist the email address so future correspondance will land directly in your inbox. Here’s a brief video tutorial that might be helpful.

Where do I access my membership account?
Click here to get to the membership login page. If you forgot your password, just click the “Forgot Password” link on that page to request a password reset email.
How are events presented?
Some events (classes, regressions, integration sessions, and Q&A sessions) are presented as live online events. Others are pre-recorded. Replays from all events are posted on the member site within 48 hours after the live event has ended and are accessible to stream 24/7.
Whenever possible, we encourage you to join the live events, especially for the past-life regressions so you can ask questions and share your regression experience.
That said, live attendance is not mandatory. The replay will be just as valuable as joining a live session, only without the ability to communicate with Ainslie and Christine in real time.
Do I need internet access to participate?
Ainslie’s SoulWorld Community is an online program, and internet is required to be able to access your membership benefits.
How is my payment processed?
Your credit card will be processed at the time you sign up. If you sign up for a monthly membership, the same credit card will be used to process your monthly dues again in 30 days, and each 30 days thereafter for as long as you remain an active member.
If you sign up for an annual membership, the same process applies, only you’ll be charged for your second year after the first full year has gone by, and so on.
You may update your credit card information in the “My Account” section on the password protected member site. Note that all member payments are processed directly through Stripe. The Soul World team does not keep any credit card information on file.
What's your cancellation policy?
Membership dues are automatically processed each month or year (depending on your membership type) and charged to the card on file until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at any time in the “My Account” section of your member account. However, if you decide to rejoin after cancelling, you’ll have to wait until enrollment reopens (which is currently only several times per year).

Can I put my membership on hold?
We do not currently offer the option of putting your membership on hold.
What's your refund policy?
For monthly members:
Monthly dues are automatically processed each month on the same date that you originally signed up. If you cancel before your monthly billing date, or within three days afterwards, your dues for that month will be fully refunded if requested.
There are no refunds after the fourth day of your monthly payment or for dues paid from previous months.
For annual members:
Dues are fully refundable, upon request, if your membership is cancelled within ten days from when you first sign up. There are no refunds available once ten days have passed.
