What kinds of things does Ainslie teach in his membership program?

Each month, Ainslie’s Spirit Guides choose a theme to explore. Past topics have included karma, spiritual prosperity, the souls of animals, learning to live without judgment, your soul’s life plan, and opening to intimacy in relationships. All topics are chosen to help you better live the life your soul intended.

How long does it take for my membership to become active?

Your membership becomes active the moment you complete your sign up process. Check your inbox for an email with details on where to begin.

What happens when I sign up?

You will be instructed to create a membership account when you sign up for membership, including a username and password you can use to access your member content at any time. You will also receive a series of emails from Ainslie and Christine with more details.

I haven't signed up for membership yet, but your website is telling me my email is already in use. Why?

The way our member website works to create your membership involves a two-step process:

  1. First, the site will prompt you to enter your full name, username, email address, and to create a password to access the member content. This is your “account.”
  2. Next, the site will ask you to input your credit card information. This is your “subscription” to the Soul World Community membership.

To gain access to the site and all content, you’ll need to finish both steps.

Let’s say you began the process and completed step 1, but either changed your mind about joining membership, or you had to step away for a few minutes, so you don’t complete step 2.

Because you finished the first step, you have an account created on the website, but you don’t have a subscription. So, if you come back later to finish your registration, and you try to use the same email address you used when you first began the sign up process, the website will tell you that email address is already in use.

Here’s what to do:

  1. Login to the member website with the username and password you used when you created your account.
  2. Click on My Account under the Membership Area button at the top right of your screen.
  3. Scroll down to click on the Subscriptions link, and follow the prompts to complete step 2.

When done, you’ll be an active Soul World Community member and have immediate access to all available content.

If you never completed step 1, but are still being told your email address is already in use, is it possible that someone else (either family member or friend) using your email address? If not, let us know at members@ainsliemacleod.com and we’ll work with you to figure out what’s happening.

How are classes and regressions presented?

Classes, regressions, and Q&A sessions are presented live online, and then posted on the member site within 24 hours after the event has ended (accessible 24/7).

If possible, we encourage you to join us live, especially for the past-life regressions, as we open the phone and chat lines to take questions and help you process your experience. But it’s not mandatory, and the recordings will be available for you when you’re able to listen in.

Do I need internet access to participate?

Ainslie’s SoulWorld Community is an online program, and internet is required to be able to access your membership benefits.

How is my payment processed?

Your credit card will be processed at the time you sign up. If you sign up for a monthly membership, the same credit card will be used to process your monthly dues again in 30 days, and each 30 days thereafter for as long as you remain an active member.

If you sign up for an annual membership, the same process applies, only you’ll be charged for your second year after the first full year has gone by, and so on.

Can I cancel at any time?

While we hope you’ll continue on this journey of exploration for many moons, you may cancel your membership at any time. You may also sign back up again at any time. (It may interest you to know that we have many members that have been with us in the Soul World Community since we began in 2014.)

Can I put my membership on hold?

If you need to put your account on hold, you may do so in the My Account area on the member site.
